Then don't tell me the NDP didn't make a deal with the Devil while they thought the Yankees would finally falsely imprison me and get me out of Martin and Harper's hair.David Amos wrote:

Now that I have properly introduced myself, I will make quick work of the NDP just as the woman who spoke for Calver quickly dismissed me today. I must say it was comical when the lady speaking for Quennell said he doesn’t involve himself in personal matters to a man that took that snide remark personally. If he does not uphold the law as soon as he receives hard copy I will consider him a willing participant in the crimes practiced against my family. Then he will have to protect his personal interests from me. Even a lawyer working for the NDP should understand why that is. It was bad enough when your federal party has chosen to offend me by ignoring my allegations for over a year. However when Layton opted to stand with the likes of Paul Martin and George Bush and against me that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Do any of you understand we are under the same Queen? Perhaps the Lt Gov will explain it to you during his next speech from the throne. You speak and act for the Crown, Methinks you should protect the lady’s interests from my litigation in the USA. Further what of upholding the public trust in your position in government? Canadians depend on the SEC to be ethical as the likes of Brian Mulroney and Franky McKenna buy and sell our interests in the Yankee markets everyday. Don’t try passing the buck with me. You are all officers of the court however only two are allowed to practice law for a fee. The other two simply make the laws. Check my work and you will see that at least one layman is not a lair then do your jobs. EH OK?
I had a faint hope today that the two NDP non lawyer Premiers out west would at least give me some of their precious time today before I stood in Boston Court tomorrow. I have no idea of what the outcome will be but at least many other Canadians will know that the NDP and everyone else knew the rtuh of the matter and did nothing at all to uphold the law or the public trust. I will send you hard copy as promised but at least the email will put you on and even keel with the likes of Premier Lord and Williams. Even if the Yankees falsely imprison me once more tomorrow rest assured my wife and family will be suing everyone in sight. The enclosed Tiff files are scans of legal document etc. Just press print and you will be looking at most of the same materials that Bernard Lord and Danny Williams received almost one year ago. Then perhaps you should ask yourself do you wish to be in the shoes of these friends of Stephen Harper. There is no middle ground for you fellas to stand on between me and my adversaries. Do you recall last June when Harper announced that he had more info for the Arar Inquiry after he visted Sussex NB? Guess who gave it to him? Did you notice as soon as he announced Theodore Olson quit his big job in the USA?
If you are brave and take a peep inside at the attachments you will see the Cubans in Canada have done nothing with this info at all. They talk tough but it seems that they are afraid of George Bush. Yet he is a fraidy cat too. Did you see that he just run and hid in his Bunker today? He don't mind sending decent people faraway in harms way to make war for him but god forbid if a plane comes to close to him eh? Well I will be flying low through a Beantown Court in my kilt tomorrow once worn by a lady from hell. Every lawyer in sight should run for Bush's bunker or prepare for a hell of scrap.
Cya’ll in Court :)

Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com Date: Fri, 15 Apr 2005 12:44:47 -0700 (PDT)From: David Amos Subject: The attachment is what the Dudes in the UN will receiveTo: cuba@embacuba.ca, consulgralcuba@bellnet.ca, cubacon@on.aibn.com, cubapol@embacuba.ca, motomaniac@techemail.com, OBrien.P@parl.gc.ca, Martin.P@parl.gc.ca, Harper.S@parl.gc.ca, Duceppe.G@parl.gc.ca, Layton.J@parl.gc.ca, Kilgour.D@parl.gc.ca
You Cubans can never say I did not try to tell ya more truths than any other Canadain you ever encountered. As soon as you said you didn't want to know I just had to send it because I considered you either no better than my foes or at the very least chickenshits like the NDP that do not stand up when it is time to be counted.
Either way I can't trust you any more than I can Paul Martin and Stephen Harper and their many bad acting buddies. This attachment is a tiff file of the scanned legal documents etc. that I served upon Theodore Olson and Anne McLellan before I ran for Parliament last year. I must say that many people have received this stuff before you and more will receive it afterwards. A man that knows too much makes certain everybody knows. As you see Martin and everybody else knows that you got this too. You might as well have a look and see if you dare to impeach Bush before I do or die trying. Call me a liar I dare ya.
Whereas everything in heaven and hell is done in threes, there is two more emails to follow this one. Much later you will receive the emails that I sent Kilgour yesterday that you called today and now wanted. I saw no rush to send them because as I told you I had already sent them to your Cuban buddies at the UN and they ignored me that was why I was calling you Cuban dudes in Canada yesterday. What happened the the people at the UN delete them as spam? Is that why you wanted them again?
There is much hard copy of this tiff file going out in the US Mail to everywhere. I will be very curious to see if the Yankees jump on it like they did last year just before they falsely imprisoned me and Paul Martin sent the nasty people from the Canadian Consulate in Boston to see me in jail just to laugh at me. We shall see who laughs last when my fellow common ordinary Canadians become aware of all of this evidence of his support of Yankee public corruption. EH? It seems Martin forgot that Canadians buy and sell on the Yankee stock market too and that I had following the money home by sniffing in Brian Mulroney and Franky McKenna's tracks.
After a while it bcomes really easy to connect the dots once one understands the wicked game. Fat cats brag too much for their own good. The smiling bastard's problem is that I recorded the proof of what I have come to know and saved it everywhere. It makes no difference what they do to me now. Too many people know what I know. I am just the loudmouth with too much time on his hands. The crroks are way past too late to stop me now after some of the rats have left the sinking ship. Ask John Edwards, John Ascroft, Tom Ridge, Ben Nighthorse Campbell, David Aufhauser, Theodore Olson and Clark Kent Erwin to name a few and ask them why they are out of public service within a year or so after I explained to all why Cardinal Law got out of Dodge. So much for separation of Justice, Church and State in a big talking democracy EH? Now that Cardinal Law is picking his new boss, Bush popularity is at an all time low and Paul Martin is about to act like Humpty Dumpty, it is my turn to have some fun.
My question to you Cubans that are living the good life in Canada is do you think you will keep your jobs when Castro finds out you could have at least listened to me and had a look at this stuff? Tell me you is nervous now? As far as I am concerned you are just fat dumb and happy campers living it up in my nativeland. Methinks once your boss finds out he will replace you in a New York minute with people far more willing to act within the scope of their employment. I will leave you to wonder who I send this email to next. The way I figure it you should forward this stuff to your Boss ASAP before I do. I will know it is done when someone out of Cuba responds to this email and tells me what are the two dates the court stamped on my letters to the clerk in US District Court just before I filed the affidavit on December 12th 2002.
Interesting stress test of your ethics EH? Think fast. Look who else got this. Never forget Kilgour is a lawyer. He will understand this stuff for a joke and he has already said many things that he can never take back. I will wager he will not argue with me particularly when anyone can find my words in some pretty fancy blogs. Have al ook for yourself. You might as well print the Tiff file and have your lawyers figure it out before ordinary people do.
You have about an hour before quitting time on Friday to press print, do some reading and make some calls before folks start reading hard copy come Monday morning. Better hop to it.
Say Hey to Mr. Castro for me. I do believe what that old Newfy cook told me when he said he thought he was a nice guy. I for one do not believe what the media has to say about any man. I trust the words and observations of ordinary people as they relate things to me in person. Heres hoping my upcoming jury feels the same about me.
